Here you will find everything you need to know about connecting your Music Bot to Discord.


## Establishing the Connection
To connect your Music Bot to a Discord server, you first need to create an app. You can do this [here](https://discord.com/developers/applications/me).  
There, you set the name and description of your Music Bot. The name can be changed at any time. Then, click on **"Create App"**.

Next, click on **"Create a Bot User"** and confirm with **"Yes, do it!"**.

Then, save everything at the bottom of the page by clicking **"Save Changes"**.

Now, **save your Bot Token and Client ID carefully**, as you will need them next.  
Go back to your **DeinServerHost customer area** and navigate to your Music Bot.

Once there, enter your **Bot Token** in the **IP field**, which you saved earlier.  
In the **Port field**, enter your **Client ID**, which you also saved.
